Ok I don’t want to start a big fight but my lt lost compression and is getting new rings. So I want to know how to break it in right since the motor didn’t get bored out it just had the glaze broke and new rings i dont know how to do it

 

Start it up and let her get to operating temps. Once warmed up, you need to run it varying the throttle between on gas accel and off throttle decel. Don't beat the snot out of it, but give it some good, fairly short runs through the gears both up and down. Run it for 15 minutes or so then shut it down to cool off and do it all over again. The key is loading the engine(rings) on both accel and off throttle decel to really seat those rings properly.

oh and dont just let it idle to warm up. keep giving it short "blips" of the throttle every few seconds...
