Fuel cock for Ozark
#1
Can anyone tell me exactly how the fuel **** on my Ozark should work? I have fuel coming from both ports and the carb floods badly. I'm thinking the vacumm port from the **** to the carb should always remain dry. If it should, then what is wrong with it?
Thanks in advance for any replies

You have three settings for the fuel valve. There is no OFF position.
ON. On - Used for normal running.
RES. Reserve - taps the fuel in the bottom of the tank to give you that last gallon or so if you stop getting fuel when running in the "ON" setting.
PRI. Prime - Makes a straight gravity fed flow from the tank to the carb without need for any vacuum to create fuel flow. Use the "PRI" setting when you have not started the ATV in a while. Do not run with it in the "PRI" setting and definitely do not store it in the "PRI" setting. In reality, it will likely run fine but if you store the quad with it set on prime it will flood the carb.
