The mix screw is a 1/4 turn out and the idle screw is almost all the way in. it runs fine like that. I know its not supposed to be like that. Help please.

 

Clean the carb. Maybe the pilot jet is plugged.
Do a compression check if it's not the carb.

 

I took the carb apart and the screw was all the way into the slide. So I JB Welded it. Put it back together, not before taking the top pilot jet out. I also drilled holes in the air box cap. I think the other restrictors are already out. I put it back together and it runs fine.
