Default Cooling fan never kicks on.

When my ATV was new in 07, I noticed that the colling fan was constantly kicking on and off in warm weather. Now, it is still practically new (only 405 miles on it), and the cooling fan never kicks on, but the atv never seems to be hot, even in warm weather. Is this normal? if not what can I do to fix it?

MY brute force was the same way.the dealer said it was because, when the engine is breaking in,the parts are breaking in which causeit 2 run alittle hotter.i guess its normal, because i hadput 7000mi on it w/out any rebuilds

Mine rarely kicks on, either. They just don't run that hot. You can also check your fuse, just to make sure. Generally, unless I'm really giving the machine a slow speed workout (in the snow or mud), it won't get hot enough to kick the fans on. That's a common question for Eiger owners.
