I live in northwest pa, unfortunatly i got water in my front brake and since its about 2 degrees the water froze. i let my brother just hop on it the other day. He just gave it the gas wheel broke loose. Now i hear a crunching noice in the front end. I have taken apart the right front wheel and taken out the cv joint(everything looks good there.) The problem now is i dont know how to get the housing that the cv joint goes in, off. if i get this housing off i will be able to see which gear is stripped out in the front differential.

Just pulled one out of a 300AC which is a Suzuki. Remove both front shafts, remove the shift lever from the case, remove and set aside the driveshaft (I have to come back some with mine to get out) I also have to use a prybar to remove one of the bolts cause it hit the frame. I moved it back, laid it on it side and holding my mouth just right, was able to fish it out. I do believe they built the quad around that front diff. Especially after everthing else is easy to get to on these things.
