Default lt250 spark issues, losing my mind!

I have replaced the coil, cdi, and the stator and I have spark now but it is not a consistent spark? Got the quad to start and runwith a pull start but it will not kickstart? Any ideas?

sorry you didn't say that before
how is your compression? could be the pickup can it be grounding out sometimes? can the pickup contact be dirty? sounds like you replaced everything else

Update, Got the quad started today. It wont start using the ngk plug by the book with the correct gap but i used a different plug used for my audi that has a hotter spark and it fired up first kick? tried the other ngk that is brand new and it wont start from it? It also does not want to idle, wondering if its running lean? plug was black but it wasnt the correct plug. I dont see why it wont fire off the brand new ngk plug that is correct for the quad

I think you should do a compression check first.. Low compression will make it hard to start and idle, but you can keep it running at higher rpms. sometimes the spark plug cap is a problem and a cheap fix!
