Hey guys
Im new to this site.I have been on HCS (hardcore sledder) forums for sleds.So this is it I have a new to me quadzilla.I didnt pay much so I figured it needed a motor.The skirt on the piston is broke off.I am going to take it apart and go through it.Is there anything I should look out for?

that can happen when you have too much piston play or if the bore is oblong. chk rod play if that is ok get oversize piston have it bored put it back together and enjoy your zilla. pm me needed will help you all I can. I have a '87 zilla and '92 250r gotta love those 2 strokes. oh yeah forgot chk the sleeve skirts also if they are cracked you need to resleeve your jug
