wats goin on i posted a few days ago about my lt230.changed the oil cleaned the carb good and it is running better.but i still cant get it to idle i got it idling high at the moment so it wont stall not really high but its to high.if i try to bring the idle screw down more it just stalls out,and it is very difficult to get started i kick it many times sometimes just to get it started.i checked the plug the plug looks fine.the mixtures screw is 2turns out.any ideas any1 i still beleive i have an air leak somewhere just my guessor i was wondering if it could be a spark,coil issue or something.it runs and rides fine now just cant get it to idle.any help would be much appreciated thanks.ill post pics in a couple days.

 

also the kid i bought it off of said he thinks the float could be sticking is that a possibility why i can get it to idle.its not the throttle cable it is fine,i got it to idle decent for a little bit then after about a minute it will stall out the float is pretty cheap but im just wondering if i should try this or look somewhere else,any help is appreciated

 

did you pull the needle that is attached to the float and clean it then spray a little wd40 on it

 

no ill try that ill take the carb off and clean it really good and see wat happens.thanx for the reply ill have some pics of it by tuesday
