Has anyone had to change brake pads in the drum brake before? The cover that is just over the brake pads(fig.1) won't come off! It sits back in the guard (fig.2) and will pull out a bit (fig.3) but wont come off! I've tried to look at a parts diagram (fig.4) but I can't figure out what is holding the darn thing on! In figure 4 part 8 is the thing I can't get off. Thanks for any help!

Got it figured out. It was just catching on something took it off with two pry bars.
