KQ 400AS back brake sticking

I am a new owner of a 2008 KQ 400AS and have noticed over the last couple of weeks that the back brake seems to stick on. Is there anyway that I can fix this?

wd-40 everything that actuates the rear brake and you may have to take the brake shoe spreader out and wire brush and grease it then put it back in
