Hey guys, I finally got my lt230 goin but i was wondering if you guys could help me.

The shift lever needs way too much travel to shift, so much so that it's out of my foots range of movement and i have to bend down and lift the lever with my hand to get it to shift! Heres what im dealing with:



I'm guessing somewhere inside here needs an adjustment, can you guys help me out as to what?
