Default Stuck front wheel

Hi, I have a '99 King Quad with front drum. The bike sat for a month and now the front wheel is frozen solid (presumably water from creek riding in drum caused it to rust/freeze). I tried several times to move forward//back to try to free it and no luck - even on cement. This has occured in the past and moving forward/back a few times fixed it before. This time it is STUCK. Any ideas on how to free it? Next thought is to take wheel off and tap drum with rubber mallet.

Thanks

It might also be the wheel bearing. Try taking the wheel off and checking them while you have the wheel off see if you can take the drum off.

It does rock back and forth a bit and I can hear the brake shoe linkage moving as it rocks so I think that the shoe is bonded to the drum. Not sure how to free it up to get the drum off.

Wheel cylinders may be stuck. Remove bleeder on wheel cylinder. Pry and tap on brake hub to get it removed. Don't get to rough as you could break the drum.
