friday i sold my honda rubicon and got a 2005 suzuki king quad 700 with 2 inch lift itp tires and rims and rode 45 miles today on it.and i have to say it was great runs great with tons of power.handels great to me with the irs.went in the same holes today that stuck my honda.and tore them up .what im wondering is those who have king quads.what are any problems u have had??.mine has 195 hours and 1000 miles .what are things to look out for? .cause i love it so far. thanks

 

Tie rod ends are the only major mechanical repairs I've had and I was running 28" outlaws on it

 

A known problem is the a-arm bushings because they don't have grease zerks. I have 3500 miles on mine and have had to replace all the rear and the front upper a-arm bushings and the rear wheel bearings. The bearings just recently and the bushings at 1200 miles or so.
Funny thing is a traded a Rubicon I had for three months for this King I have had for over three years ans have been very happy. That Ruby just wasn't anywhere near the King in ANY category!
