LT80 revs then cuts out?

LT80 revs then cuts out?
Hi all i have an lt80 that starts, ticks over and revs ok,
But after a few moments on full throttle it dies like fuel starve.
I cleaned and cleaned the carb again the petrol tap is as it should be and clean inside.
Has anyone had the same problems or any ideas to what it could be?
