i have 2 motors for a suzuki lt 250r i have asked the prvious owner the years he told me i had a 93 and a 91 motor discovered through the net they stopped in 92 so guess that would be it they are both 246cm3 but i noticed one of them has a way bigger reed i beleive or the intake from the carb can anyone say around what year those would be or if a trick to know . for whatever diffrence it can make i imagine the bigger intake one would do for better upgrades well they both have the power valve too.

 

Its an 87 only they have a bigger reed cage. 92 was the last year

 

so guess thats the top end i want to modifie most from what im reading can get slighlty get more gas in there put some pics of it in my garage
