Hey All,

I'm trying to do a valve job on a 1991 160cc QuadRunner. This machine is older than anything I have worked on before and I can't find a place to manually turn the crankshaft. This ATV doesn't have a pull start it just has a electric start and there is no easy access that I can find to the crankshaft.

I need to know how to manually turn the engine to fine TDC so I can do this valve job....hopefully without having to take half the engine appart!

Try shifting into gear and rocking the 4 wheeler forewards. I think the motor will turn.
