Default Lt50 stuck clutch?

Seems like the clutch my be seized on my Nephews lt50.. cant push it with out the motor turning over and when trying to start it the back tires turn.. I haven't pulled it apart yet, im just wondering if any body has experienced this before and how hard of a fix it might be...

Either you got a roller stuck in the front clutch, keeping the sheave out and grabbing the belt, or something is caught in there, my bet is on the stuck roller.
