This is the finished project (85" Suzuki LT230s). I have been working on it for the past month and a half 2-3 hours a day.

Also just to give the guys that are looking to replace that turn **** on/off light switch with a push button swith. This is what will fit in there perfect all you have to do is remove the hole **** device and drill a hole in the top for the mini button to slide in. wire up and your set. Works alot better. The switch is rate up to 125v so it wont melt. I got mine at a Park Rose Hardware store.

man that thing looks good! i love your pipe. whats it off of? how hard was it to mod on? and what perch/clutch lever did you use?

 

The pipe is a 5XC9 off a YZ250F. And it was pretty simple to fit. took about 2 hours once I had it planed out. I can send you a full picture so you can see were I fitted it. PM me.
