Default suzuki front diff

I stripped down the front diff on my 2003 500 vinson and as I stripped down the crown wheel it all flew to bits, I have fitted it back together but it seems to be in a locked up position. Does anyone have a site I can go to, to look at a picture of the front diff.

I have now figured it out but I should have read a manual as it says not to strip the crown wheel as it gives no info on how to put it back together

I'd also like to see the diagram of the auto fron diff on the Vinson, I snapped something last night and dont want to pull off any un-necessary parts. Not a CV, not anything involving the ring or pinion cause there is and never was any grinding. what ever engages it (mechanical wise) snapped with one loud pop and is not making any noise. Sooo.... I need to figure out what the guts look like between the cylinoid and the actual differential.

Check out CheapCycleParts.com - Cheap Cycle Parts for a diagram.

I use suzuki.alphasports.com and foolow the process and you will find a diagram. If the problem is in the crown wheel my advice is to loosen the bolts holding it, turn it with the crown wheel facing up gradually remove the bolts, lift the crown wheel off gently noting shims and take photo of the positions of the slides inside . i have a photo how they should go if you get stuck. the workshop manual says not undo these bolts
