I'm looking for a left side motor-cover and a tail light.

I'm in the Bay Area, not a long drive away from you. I'd rather visit than have anything shipped.

What condition is the seat?

 

left side cover is wasted. i do not have a seat, and no taillight.

 

 

What's the major reason it's not running or in use?

 

I bought it as a basket case for some parts I needed. it looks to me that the chain came off and took out the mag cover. then it must have sat outside for some time, because the engine is seized. Probably got water in it.
