Unfortunatley, I don't have that model anymore, or the service manual. The bolt that holds the swingarm to the frame also runs through the engine cases, right? If the motor/swingarm don't line up, loosen all the motor mounts and you should have some play. Also check to make sure the other mounts are orientated correctly.
As for the chain adjuster, there are four small bolts at the very back of the swingarm. Loosen these first. On the sprocket mount there should be a series of small holes. You need a small piece of metal rod that just fits in diameter, use this to rotate the mount and it will adjust the chain. If it doesn't move fairly easily, and the other 4 bolts are loose, I would tear apart the whole mechanism for a good cleaning and new seals, etc. These were notorious for filling with crude and seizing up without routine maintenance.

ok thanks alot, one more question do you know what kind of engine oil to put in this, i bought some amsoil dominator 2 cycle racing oil, but noticed on the back it said for recommended for injection oil or as a 50-1 premix, so my question is can i put this in the engine, and if not can i use it for mixing at the 32-1 ratio, sorry for all the questions, and thanks again for the help

I would not put this oil in your engine, this takes regular motor oil. I would go to your motorcycle shop to get the motor oil. This takes 1.9 liters. I use Suzuki brand oil. You have to remember that this oil also lubes the clutch. Any questions let me know, I just redid one last year, from the ground up. Good luck. Also I run 32-1 ratio.
