I have a 1994 King Quad 300 with HI/Low/Super Low differential. I just purchased it. It has 5K miles on it.

when i go in reverse i hear a clicking noise, it appears as if it is coming more from the left side (when sitting on the quad) when going in reverse it happens in all 3 differential speeds, i do not hear it in forward. I do not hear it in 2WD while going in reverse, but only 4WD and 4WD lock diff going in reverse.

any Ideas what this is? would it be a CV joint or transfer case issue or brake issue?
