Default Need Advice on 07 Eiger

Hey everyone Im new here and looking for some help. I have an 07 Eiger ive done a lot of research trying to figure out what is wrong with my bike and everything seams to be pointing towards my Flywheel magnets. Anyway its now in my garage half taken appart. I am having trouble getting the side cover off the motor. Its only moved about a 1/16 of an inch. What am I missing ? Thanks for your help.

What's your quad doing? 05 an later the flywheel magnets were supposedly fixed. But that doesn't mean it won't break

I have an 02 and 05 auto's so could be different. But is oil line to cooler disconnected? The stator is connected to the cover so wires come off with cover. Make sure wires are coming off with cover and not stuck to engine. If that is not the problems then just try to see what part of the cover is 'hanging up'(stuck) and let us know.

I agree with treveiger it should not me the magnets. But since you almost got the cover off, I would check. Could be a stator problem also or something since cover is not coming off easy.

Do you have any spark at all? Why do you think it is the flywheel magnets? Need some more information to help you more.
