Mine is disassembled at the moment, but unless you have strong hands I doubt you would be able to compress the clutch springs just buy trying to turn the shaft by hand. I do not recall being able to do that, but perhaps someone else can verify that for you.

Unless your superman, you probably won't be able to move it. You can always filter the oil and re-use it if its new oil. Take a couple paper towels and put it in a funnel.

Well I got her all hooked up and fired her up. Good to hear her run again.
But now I am to the next problem, when using the clutch, it isnt actuating the clutch when I have it in gear. I havent drove it around to test it. But thats because I dont want a repeat of what happened last time.
I installed a new clutch cable and I'm not sure how far to adjust it to where it works without messing anything up.
Any tips or ideas?

Try adjusting it with the engine off. Just leave it in gear and when you can roll the rear tires with the clutch pulled, you will know you are close.

Its coming along very well its running, took it out for a run last night and it was great. It looks alot better now without the purple on it. I still need to paint the front hubs and the headlight housing/guard.. But basically its complete. I still need to put on the back rack too. I was going to take some pictures today but its been pretty crap weather. I also still need to do some repairs on the plastics but havent decided how I was going to do it. Probably wire tie it together in a stitches format. Who knows lol. But I'll be back on tomorrow. Doing a cleaning of the house since I did alot of the work in here lol.... no woman here to stop me and no garage =)
