Default chain problem on a 1987 quadsport lt230

I have a quadsport lt230. When riding it the chain is always falling off. Rear swingarm has brand new bushings in it and there is no side to side play. When I sit on it the chain has absolutely no tension. How do u adjust the chain or are there any aftermarket tensioners out there? Any help would be good before I crack another case cover. Thanks

Rear axle bearings? Chain tensioner on the back of the swingarm. The two bolts towards the back of the carrier. It probably needs to be adjusted.
