Nitrogen Shock Refill? Where? Who?

To be honest, I wasn't talking to you (hence the qote). It was obvious to me that you have your mind made up. That's fine with me. I wish you the best of luck with all that.
I was hoping to chime in to the other fella hoefully to possibly make a more wiser decision.
I'm sure I could spend time and bother others to get the correct info in why it's unsafe. If it was fine to do, the factory's would put air in all of them. I'm thinking *boom*. LOL

How is that unsafe?! There is nothing wrong with air besides slight decrease in component life and uncertain riding stiffness once it heats up. I'm not jumping the thing it does not heat up that much I weigh almost nothing. It's $40-$50 to have it filled screw that

I don't ride it very often so for now I should be okay.
If I could find a decent priced LT500 I would buy it and restore it but roaches start at $3k around here.
You guys are crazy nothing is going to blow up, if anything, nitrogen is way more flammable than air if it got hot! The factory doesn't use air your right, but not because of safety...it's because of reliability reasons to remove the variance that comes with MINOR heat I could probably fart out hotter air then will be created in that cylinder unless you race. By all means if you can have it filled properly do it, but I spent countless hours researching this before opening my mouth. I'm not saying they are equal or air is better, it's just if you had to go that route for a while it's not as bad as some folks make it out to be.
