1984 Suzuki 125cc--should I buy it?

The guy said it might need some carb work eventually but no anytime real soon..not real sure what that means. He said he would let it go for less than $500 though.
What do you guys think?

Yah..Id buy it.. especially if your considering something Chinese.. parts will always be available, and you should be able to sell it for what you paid for it when your done using it.
Id guess it needs its carb taken apart and cleaned.. not a big deal.
