Quick Update:
So...believe or not...but this morning my King Quad was finally delivered. YES...the thread was started back in February...but it finally made its way to Albuquerque!
Really haven't had a lot of time to look it over...but will this weekend. I'll report back. Hoping this will be a fun project!

But commonly, the vacuum diagram inside the petcock breaks and gas gets sucked into the manifold. In that case, you have to cut the vacuum line and plug both ends. Then put it on "prime" when you want to ride.

Makes sense that it is vacuum actuated. Oh yeah...guess where I had it positioned??? Yup...had it on PRI.
Now...it's on 'ON' position...and I will monitor how it functions.biz

Ok, so I did NOT go with the ITP Mud Lites.
I went with the Kenda Bear Claw tires!! These tires are just about perfect IMHO for this 2000 KQ 300 4x4!! The fit is perfect.
Have used them multiple times while hunting. No issues...and happy with my purchase.
