crank bearings
#1
does anyone know how hard it is to install new crank bearing and connecting rod bearings on a 92 suzuki lt230e quadrunner. i replaced rings not to long ago and its starting to smoke again i think the connecting rod bearings are bad making the piston flop around. ive never had the case even split so how hard is it to do?

You'll get the best advice from vince.
You'll have to decide if you can handle splitting cases and getting everything back together right. As far as engines go, this is one of the easier ones, but it still ain't easy.
You'll need to buy or borrow a flywheel puller too.
