I just put a new drum and pads on my sons LT80. It takes alot of work to get the drum over the new pads. I can get it on eventually after turning the wheel and pushing the drum...however, once the drum is on it's so tight that basically the brakes are "on".
I have the control lever at it's lowest point "zero'd" out if you will.

Any help!

Should i just try to run it until the pads wear enough to free the wheel? is this normal.
There is just no tolerance there.
