Now I have a extra set of suzuki lt230s fenders set and gas tank im installing on this lt250s.So far I just needed move some mounts and I will be adding some pictures if anyone wants to see the mods.

lt230s tank on lt250s frame mod
This is the Tank mount on the lt250s frame that needs to be moved about 8 inches to install the 230s gas Tank, the mounting holes in the front of the 230s tank fit in factory holes in the 250s frame, but you have to weld the nuts on the underside of 250s frame.

lt250s that looks like a Lt230s
I need now to mount the seat latch from the lt230s to the lt250s frame I will try and post them tomorrow.I will also have to remove the rear Brake reservoir bracket and move it forward about 1 inch.

That is a lot of work. Good luck with that, but once you get it all moved you could
pick up some new plastics for it a lot cheaper that those for the LT250s.
I was lazy and just bought new fenders for my LT250S that I am restoring. My next expense is replacing the rear caliper, mine is rusted up and frozen and I can't get it working.
Pics of my LT250s and my progress so far.

Valder lt250s "SWEET"
Holy Crap Valder your 250s is a beast how long have you been working on this.Did you buy a new rear axle and all new hardware? "WOW!!!" Valder did that quad come with blue frame and white a arms and white swingarm??Maybe I'll buy new white plastics n go with blue n white frame.Thats if I can work out the money issues.but I have a nice orange factory front fenders from a 230s in my basement for this project,But i need to buy a new rear 230s fender and I think color match from old to new might be a problem.

The new white plastics were hard to find. I got them from Bob Tracey's World of Cycles. Cost about $700 and I found a NOS hood on ebay and the dealer also had a new headlight I got for cheap.
It was the standard LT250s with the blue and white frame. I didn't like the blue frame plus it was cheaper to go with all white. I tore it down in the fall and spring and had the powder coating finished in May. I had the axle and most of the hardware zinc coated at a local place here in Rochester. I also bought a Stainless Steel bolt kit for it which wasn't too bad at $110 since a lot of the original bolts were trashed once I tore it down.
All I am waiting for is my brother to him and I to tear the motor down and give it a once over. The seals were leaking on the Jug so I figured I might as well go through it. Once that is done I can put on the cables and pray it starts again.
It sat for 10 yrs in the previous owners garage. I got it home and it started up after about 10 kicks. I figured it was worth saving. I'll probably have about $2500 into it when it is finished. Yes that is a lot for this wheeler, but I bought a new 2013 LTZ400 for the kid and can't afford another new one in the house.

It was $400 for all the white on the quad. I didn't do the lower a-arms since I couldn't get the ball joint out of there or find a replacement for it.
Not about the buy new lower a-arms for over $200 each.
I found that if you want to paint your thumb throttle, clutch and brake levers John Deere Muffler black is a perfect match for the original finish.
