Suzuki ALT 125 Fuel

I have an early 80s Suzuki ALT 125 3 wheeler. All the specs say its a 4 stroke, but the gas cap says "Fuel and oil Mix", is that the orginal cap or? so do i need to mix oil with the fuel or use regular gas?

I've read it's the same engine as in the lt125 4 wheeler, which is 1100ml
