Default Nerf bars Netting alternative!!???

HI, Recently bought a LTR450 with nerf bars but the nets are scrap, i need to order new ones but the previous owner has sandblasted and re painted the nerf bars custom. I cannot find anything that shows a brand or serial number on them and the owner doesnt know the make, Ive looked at AC, Proarmor DG etc..on ebay and nothing seems similar.

they are 3x3 and also have a heel nerf bar that is also 3x3.

is there a universal netting i could purchase or some alternative to netting??

Welcome to the forums.

Not sure if you could snap a picture of the nerfs and email that to a company like Rocky Mountain ATV or Dennis Kirk. They may make a universal set as well.

I've actually seen some that didn't look much better than this.

The webbing on my son's Kazuma were trashed too when we bought it. I cut out all the old netting and bought some cheap ratchet straps from Harbor Freight. I cut the lengths I needed and looped through the holes on the nerf bar. Then, doubled back the strap about an inch, and put in 4 3/8" rivets at each end. Where the straps crossed each other, I put in 4 rivets there as well. The trick is to keep the straps tight enough that you can still stand on without your foot going through. The nice part, is it's easy to repair (re-rivet) and you can pick almost any color ratchet strap webbing that would match your paint job.
