Default suzuki LT250S Rebuild with LT230 Fenders

Got it all back together had it out to the Pit for the first time and this thing SCREAMS!!
Im running 1987 lt250r Lower a-arms and its about 1 inch higher in front.

You had to mod those lower a arms right?

Yes I has to grind a couple of mm off each A-Arm n use washers I did post pics of them on this site,have you seen that post?

suzuki LT250S Rebuild with LT230 Fenders-lt250r-lower-arm-1mm-removed-inside.jpgThe grey A-Arm is the Lt250r n the white A-Arm is from a Lt250s.
The Lt250r needed to be ground on the inside to fit the lt250s frame and I added washers on opposite side to make up the difference.

I needed to grid the pivot spacers the same amount I ground off the a-arms.
and added some 1mm thick washers

Finally got some LT250R A-Arms. Going to measure them up this weekend
and start the grinding and pre fit them off to powder coating they will go.

These have the Camber mod on them as well so I'll have to play with which
ball joints to use.

WOW what did you pay for them and you got everything but the ball joints?

$70 shipped was all and they are in very good shape.

Not bad at all.I bought a set but the top A-Arms can't be used on the LT250s Frame ,they are still sitting on my bench.
