I’ve got a 450 King quad in for repair, fault code 15 came up and I traced the fault to a broken wire in the circuit to the temp sender unit. I soldered the wire back together and now have 4.8 volts at the ECU on both wires to the sender which is correct, but the fault code won’t go off, and the bike is a swine to start cold because of this. Got the Suzuki dealer to put the machine on the computer and he can’t get the code off either. Are there any cheap after market ECUs or do I have to “bite the bullet” and buy a new Suzuki one?
