New Clutch in Ozark not Engaging
Hey folks, long time since I've been on this site!
Finally changed the clutch plates on my Suzuki Ozark and now the clutch won't engage... I don't think we missed any parts and I believe we put everything back together right, but when I put it into first, it doesn't move.
I checked the adjuster twice and have that where its supposed to be, so I'm hoping someone on here can give me an idea of what might be going on.
My only thought is maybe we didn't line the engagement arm back up right?
Any thoughts? Really sucks that we'll probably have to crack the case again.

Try this first to confirm they are out of alignment.
Start the Quad and keep Quad running, shift it up into Gear n hold the "Shifter up" with your foot and give it some throttle to see if it goes forward if it does take your Foot off the shifter and see if it stops going forward.
I did the same thing and what happened was the clutch plates and disc were not lining up properly at the back of the clutch. Its a little tricky keeping the first disc lined up in the back of the clutch when trying to bolt it back together.
Let us know how you made out.
