I got this ltz for 350$. Its got a few things wrong with it.
First is I have a badly bent front rim. Any one have a rim they want to sell?
Secondly is its hard to start and you can take the choke off all the way or it stalls. I rebuilt the carb. I think the valves need shimmed.
There are other things that are wrong but minor compared to the first two.

 

I'm thinking a compression test is in order.
