Suzuki LT230e Frame Mods

Yes, LT250R's do have an indention and just more room in general for the kick start. (LT500R's have an even bigger indention). I have several of both. But that's not what my goal is. I want it looking stockish 230 like you did, so I would have to use 230 plastic.
My vision is to have a stockish looking 230 for a sleeper. I'd probably just cut the rear fenders pretty high if that were my only option. The other option would be to just start with an electric start version of the DR350 if there was simply no way to fit the kicker in there. I personally just want to retain the kick start and compression release if possible for the weight loss and stockish appearance.
I've actually already got a new OEM set of '86 fenders with decals ready for this build. But it's pretty low on my project list. (I'm also building a hybrid Lt250R chassis with a fairly built zilla motor and Dr Q Hybrid pipe (have all the main ingredients for this build), and a nice dune zilla (long and wide). And before either of those get any more underway, I have to finish refurbishing my Jack Moore powered LT 80 for my son. (Had engine work done by Jack years ago for my older son. Now, I'm redoing it for my younger son.) I've got a lifetime of projects lined up for me. Hopefully the 230 sleeper build comes to fruition at some point.
