As far as I know the 2015 model is the same as the 2010 onwards KQ except for the twin spark head. These were the best Suzuki utility Quads ever made. They do have faults, the fuel gauge sender is rubbish, and you can only buy a new one along with the fuel pump assembly, so "big bucks." The rear suspension bushes wear quite fast but are fairly easy to replace. The 450 frame was bad for cracks and the 500 frame is so similar I am a bit worried it may crack, but have only had one in for service with a small crack, up to now.

Thanks. Maybe that is why the 500/750 share the same frame?

Bets the furl pump issues are cause by overhearing the pump do to low fuel? Running EFI low is not good.

Except for the displacement the 500 and 750 are the same machine, just like the 550 Grizzly and 700 Grizzly ,the XP550 and XP 850 and the 500,650,800 Outlanders. It's just too expensive to make a different separate designs for each full size Utility.

A quick look at their specs proves it. http://www.atvreviewnetwork.com/enth...2=438002&go=Go .

Sounds to me it's just a bad fuel gauge sensor ,not the fuel pump he means. I don't think I would pay big bucks to get a fuel gauge working when the trip meter can take it's job over or a twig down the gas cap hole.

Thanks for the link TLC, very useful. The KQ 500 is almost evident iCal to my 400, but I like that the rest height on the KQ is a bit higher.

You can't get a twig down the gas cap hole so most owners rely on the trip meter, I think Suzuki used a standard motorcycle pump/fuel gauge sender assembly, fine on smooth roads but the sender takes some hammer on the rough stuff. The 500 and 750 engines are different but they do share the same frame.
