Ok cool thanks how much do i put of it in the crankcase? And now im waiting on a gas tank cause its all rotted out but when i kick start it amd put my finger on the plug it has a very weak spark. It looks like the magneto is new doesnt look like its ever seen day and the point is the thickness of a match book at its highest point. Is the coil bad? And if it is they dont make of have old 71 parts anymore will a 73 work off a old tc bike?

Should show on the engine case by the fill plug how many ccs or mls of oil the crank case holds. Most of these small engine 2 strokes held around a quart or less of gear case oil. Look at this video on an old TS185. At the 1:51 mark shows the engine case and that it uses 700 mls of oil.Yours may be a little less.
Here's an old TS,TC forum. See if it helps..http://suzukits.informe.com/portal.html

Ok cool deal thank you so i got the oil down but what about the weak spark? Or is it not supposed to have a very strong spark? The magneto is all set clean and the point is where it should be. I know the magneto is getting power and so is the coil but will the tc100 coil work for it?

Points set between .012-.016 on most bikes. If the points are set within this range, has spark from the coil, just see if it runs. Most old 2 stroke coils could interchange with each other. Lawdy I think I still have an old buzz box that I used for setting points at the fire mark on the stators.. Hasn't been used in many years..
