Default Suzuki lt185 will not start

I have a mid 80s Suzuki lt185. I cannot get it to start for the life of me. I have great spark, compression, I have cleaned out the carb, I spray starter fluid in it when I crank it over, I am also using a drill to start it. After all this it doesn't even act like it wants to run, any suggestions?

Pop the carb bowl drain to ensure your getting fuel into the carb ( might check petcock as well ). Also, if the valves are tight, sometimes very very hard to start.

I have fuel in the bowl, and my rocker arms have slight play but I'm not sure how to check to see if the valves are too tight.

I also noticed that on the tdc of the compression stroke there is a bit of play where the flywheel will move but the piston doesn't
