Smoking!?!?

Smoking!?!?
Okay so before my top end was shot so I got a new one and bored it over. As of right now it's running about a 324 cc. Didn't smoke at all and ran amazing. Then, I snorkeled it and it started smoking some. WTF? Please help. It has to be getting enough air. It's snorkeled with 2 inch pipe.
