Default 1999 LT160 QuadRunner

Looking for some advice/help with an issue on my son's LT160. In trying to get ready for hunting season I installed a new battery, changed oil, cleaned filters and filled it up with fresh gas. It starts and idles good with the Choke on full... However, if you even think about touching thumb throttle it will instantly kill the engine. Hit the start button and it will start back up immediately! It's got spark, its got gas, and it has air... But it you give it any throttle at all it kills the engine.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Lee

Clean the carburettor out. Don't fit rebuild kits, just blow the bowl and jets out with compressed air. If you find any water in the float bowl, you may need to drain the tank.
