Any thoughts on where to get a bigger jet and how I know what size?
I have never done any carb mods before so I'm not sure how to go about it.

Years back when I had carbed ATV's, I used a company called "Uni" they made airfilters and carb rebuild kits. I gave them the model of atv and what was done to it and they sent me an appropriate carb rebuild kit with jets and full instructions. Never had an issue with them, their stuff always worked well. Not sure if they are still in business or not but their has to be others out there doing this same thing. Looks like some serious research is in order.

Also Eigers are known to have loose flywheel magnets which could cause over heating because loose magnets could cause timing to change.

Thanks!
Is there any way to tell for sure if the magnets are loose without pulling stuff apart?

I just bought a couple larger main jets for the carburetor on the Suzuki eiger 400.
I tried a couple different sizes.
It did run a little better with each larger jet.
It now has 133 jet size in it. (Original is 122 so about four sizes bigger)
The spark plug is now much blacker, so I don't believe it's running lean anymore.) and the fourwheeler is running quite a bit better.

Although the head pipe coming off engine is still getting extremely hot!

I feel completely stumped!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I know they still make air filters, I bought one a few months ago for my Brute Force. The old stock air filter(most likely never changed) was really dirty.
