So I took the clutches apart and everything was replaced and new by the previous owner. I did find a lot of grease where the rollers are. Not old and hard but a lot of liquefied grease. They should be clean correct?
Thanks

Suzuki quit using grease on the newest ones. I use a dab of grease to hold the roller in during installation.

It could also be the secondary...did you pull that off and ensure the sheaves are moving (you should be able to compress by hand and when you let go it should immediately go back)...

Yes sir I did and it's all brand new. The belt is real wide could it be preventing it from going to the lower gear. I put it back together and it's the same, runs like crazy off the ground and stalls like you turned the ignition off when I accelerate on the pavement.

I also had the exhaust off and could see a small amount of fuel coming from the cylinder. I tried pushing and it will speed up until my big butt jumps on it and it stalls.

Fuel from cyl means the carb is leaking fuel into the motor.

If you can visually see both clutches shifting out when the wheels are off the ground then I'd think you may want to re-check that 120psi compression number...maybe a leak-down test...

My LT80 (stock) had no problem pulling wheelies with my fat ars on it...and it had 130psi...
