Default Starting problem cont..

Ok, battery new solonoid new, neutral relay switch new. I tested all wires for continuity! Only possible thing left is neutral switch or parking brake switch. My question is can neutral safety switch be dad even if the neutral light is on. If not, any ideas. I am stumped. I literally tore open the wiring harness to make sure I had no bad wires. I can jump start it with a wrench and everything works from there. Just no electric start. I push button and the neutral relay just clicks.

Not familiar with the 250 but sounds rather like the Eiger neutral lock-out set up, which is unbelievably complex for the job it does. The fault could be that clicking lock out relay, as it has to send power to the starter solenoid, which then makes the solenoid work. I think there is a diode in the circuit too. If you can find a wiring diagram and trace what should have power where, when you press the start button, you may be in with a chance.

So I traced and Riged the solonoid to test for power. I am getting power to the solonoid when I push the button. Something is keeping it from starting.

I also tested the diode. It's good.

When you wrote "I can jump start it with a wrench" did you mean you can short across the solenoid, and the starter turns? If so, and you have live to one, and negative to the other "thin" lead on the solenoid when you press the button, you must have a faulty new solenoid. I always check the starter circuit with a fairly high wattage test lamp, one lead to earth t'other to starter live post, switch on, press start button, if the lamp lights but the starter doesn't spin, faulty starter. If the lamp doesn't light but the solenoid clicked, faulty solenoid. If the solenoid doesn't click, check if power is getting to it by connecting the test lamp between the thin wires and pressing the start button. If the lamp lights, faulty solenoid, if it doesn't, things get complicated as it can be the lock-outs or starter button, or the wiring.
