Default 85 230lt shaft drive fuel pump HELP!

A couple months back I picked up a Suzuki 230 shaft drive for $20!!. When I bought it the engine was sized. After unsizing it and rebuilding the carb it ran great, no oil leaks or smoke. But I couldn't figure out how to prime the gas tank under the rear fender pan. On the fuel pump there is a vacuum line that is missing. Where dose the vacuum line attach. I would think it would be the crank case? I found an old thread with the same problem I have.

Don't know your model, but that vac tube is going to be small, and later Suzukis with the vacuum operated fuel tap, have the vac line connected to the inlet manifold or carb, after the throttle butterfly. Check if there is a tube or pipe stub there.
