Default 96 lt 80

I just rebuilt carb, new top end and installed new reed valve as the gasket was shot on the old one. Fired it up and ran great until I gave it full throttle and it bogged out. Let it sit, fired it up and would barley move with me on it. Let it sit again and the thing ran great until it stalled out again. It idles fine. Any ideas? The top end was done before the carb and reed valve so I did run a tank of gas through it. Thanks

Do me a favor...put a box under the rear axle carrier to get the rear wheels off the ground. Start it up and tell me if it revs fine (this is a no load test). Your symptoms point to a couple possibilities...load test will help point us in right direction...

So I did the test. Very sluggish at first and then stalled out when I let off. Started up again after letting it have to sit for about 5min or so. Ran really good and then started to bog down again and stalled while giving gas. If I just start it and let it sit it will idle fine. I did notice what appeared to be oil dripping out of the exhaust. I took the exhaust off prior to putting everything back together just to make it didn't have water in it which it didn't. I've read some of your posts about the petcock going bad and either starving the carb or overfilling and leaking into the crankcase. I ordered just an on/off petcock. The guy I got it from said he rebuilt the clutches but who knows. Hopefully this will help.

I'm also seeing another port coming out of the petcock with no hose. Its located toward the inside of the tank. Should that be connected to anything. I just noticed it

I also just noticed the carb manifold has a tear in it. New one on the way

Carb manifold. What's that?
That port should have had a vaccum hose on it.

Sorry probably not called manifold. Its the rubber housing that connects from air box to front of carb. Where should the vacuum hose be connected. Carb?
