I just did a full engine rebuild on my 230 and it fired right up no issues. Never messed with the carb durring the rebuild. Proir to that I rebuilt the carb and had no issues untill a little while the throttle sticks 75% open no matter what. I used to be able to mess with the cable and it would return to normal untill you juice it wide open it sticks back to 75% I replaced the throttle cable and the same problems keeps happening. What's going on?
