I have all new crank, seals, bearings, axle bearings and seals, gasket and Lrd orings on the way. Anti vibe stem should be here by mid next week. All new rollers, clutch pads, belt as well. So hopefully this led top end will b e good, and all will be well. I would like to send you the factory jug, head, intake, and clutch to do your magic with. If y ou wa t me to send the whole motor, I can do that as well. To raise the engagement of the clutch, I drill the pads out till there around 180 grams correct?

I couldn't believe how hard it was to get that bearing off. I've built 1000hp rear ends for cars. That took 10-12 tons of pressure to press bearings and stays. And they were easier
to remove than this. My press was up to around 13 tons before it finally popped and slid off.

Careful when handling the new crank as to keep it straight.
Clutch: I cut about 3/8 inch off the end then drill.
Sand the aluminum off the cylinder wall best you can. Use acid if you have it,.
